5. Free Tier vs Pro
Most tools are free with no account required. The Smart Money Pro subscription ($29/month) provides additional features. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

- Scrape or bot our APIs beyond reasonable use
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or attack the Service
- Use the Service for money laundering or illegal activities
- Redistribute our tools as your own product

CryptoToolKit is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions made using our tools.
